jmkiang..... That light in front of the of the Kaixen looks too concentrated on the ground immediately in front of the car. Needs some adjusting! The OEM car has much better spread.

heres my 2cents, and ive done alot of headlights for people/different installs


My car, i've got Kaixen 8500K top and bottom..... the headlights, yes, are dimmer.... but the foglights are brighter.... so its pretty close..... im very happy with my kaixens, i love the blue, (its not ricer purple) and it doesnt blind oncoming traffic, and its all aimed properly


i just did a set of lights for my neighbor, he went with KZW lenses (knock offs, but just as clear) and those Phillips bulbs you speak of man... and DAMN... they are clean, crisp, and BRIGHT as hell.... and a great spread of pure white.... razor sharp cut-off line too


me personally, like the blue tint... but to the Phillips 81522 or whatever they are.. .quality bulb

i plan on dropping in some clearer lenses in my car to crispen up the light output and cut-off line

yeah..i like the blue tint on my Kaixens and the whiteness which matches the switchbacks, but i dont want to sacrifice that much output. i was initially considering switching back to the OEM bulbs, but now i'm thinking Philips or Xetronic..anyone else have an input?

hmm..since ill have to take off my bumper again..might as well switch my nokya fogs to HIDs any recommendations on HID kits for the fogs?
