"DEBADGING"

There seems to be many meanings to this term. Is taking the whole front off called debadging too? Is this legal? I see some people do it but I was told sometimes you can still get tickets...

as far as i know i have never heard of anyone getting a ticket for removing emblems on there car , but as long as you don't take off your VIN or license plates you should be fine.. I also have never heard of removing the whole front as being debadged.. Usually when someone says they debadged there car , they just removed the emblems on the back or front..

you can get a ticket for not having a front license plate , yes.. Depends on what state you are in but here in cali it's illegal to not have one and you can get a ticket for it.. I personally don't have one , but i don't even have the bracket for it , nor did they send me a front plate..
