2012 ford focus.i received 2 recall notices on my car.i took my car to be serviced.the place I took my car ran a diagnostic and the car had zero codes.however they reprogrammed the pcm and tcm and reprogrammed the clutch and did a clutch relearn .I paid them to update the sync system.when I got my car back it no longer is safe to drive.so back it goes .they tell me the clutch isnt any good and it needs replaced.the car was performing perfect when I took it to them the first time.now they wont undo whatever they did that made my car unsafe and undriveable because my car had a branded title.
