Please make sure it's the final number with everything TL should have.

I hate dealers offering the different number again and again.

This is true. I bought mine from them for a little less than that. No problems so far.

Wow... that's amazing how much they're discounting over there. No dealer is touching those prices with a 10 foot pole out here in California. Had to settle for $33950.

Even better yet, they offered me one for $33,218 today! Now, I wonder....what if the engine is a side item?!
