Crappy Dealer Service, AGAIN

So, Acura works on my car last week for first oil change and tire rotation. And guess what the f'ing Monkeys in the shop do ?? Use the damn hydraulic drills to undo the wheels and ding up the edges and spiral cut all of my lug-wells on my wheels.

Did I do something wrong to piss off Acura that they are treating me THIS SH!**Y ??

This is after they tell me to just turn the stereo down (from 20) to avoid the back dash vibration.

It's going in Thursday so they can look at it. I'm going to take macro lens shots of all the lug wells before they get ahold of it.

I could not be more ill.

This is the main reason why I've been using the same mechanic my family has been using for years. He's just as anal as I am when it comes to cars....he won't tolerate grease on the shifter or wheel after an oil change and he for sure wouldn't damage anything on my car when working on it.

He's able to do my oil changes, tire rotations, etc... and he'll do it for much cheaper than any Acura Service Shop will do it for....plus, he's a genuinely nice guy and that goes pretty dam* far in my books.

Your normal, run of the mill, Acura Techs are kids learning as they go and I don't want them causing more damage (scratched body panels, oil on headliner, etc...) to my car just for a simple oil change.

Sorry about your luck though!!!!

This was the now ill-famed Acura of Athens who I swore after last week I would not use again but it has to go back to them since they were the ones who damaged it.

I know it is not close, but try Acura Carland in Norcorss. The Service MAnage rthere has treated me GREAT! They are investigating swappingo out my tires for non-Bridgestones and they fixed my back deck rattle/squeak.

I am sorry for your and everyone elses bad services they've gotten from Acura.

I would like to know if there is anywhere we can call to file complaints about bad dealership service besides the dealership's Manager or Owner. Would there be a central office we could email to file a complaint that would improve our services?

Acura Client Services, but frankly, I don't know how helpful that will be. The best thing is to write a letter to the owner or manager; usually that gets the ball rolling.
