Cool things about the TL-S

I am not sure where the thread went, sorry for doing a re-thread. Today when I went outside to my car, I hit the unlock button on my factory alarm key. When I held it down for the 2nd time I noticed my windows and sunroof started to wind down. Sorry, if this is old news but it'd new to me.

Also, you can roll up the windows by using the keyhole on your door heheh

I know it cool when I first try it . But it's uncool that you can not roll the window up by the control without mod.

Yeah, they dont roll back up with the key. BUT if you put the key in and lock it then turn again to lock and hold it they will all roll back up.

Voice commands. For eg you can say "What time is it" and it tells you the time. You can" CD Play Disc 5 track 6" and it does it. Also the temperature commands. Mine is an 04 so I am sure other 3gs have it once you have NAVI.

Assuming you have nav,

IIRC, it can recognize 220+ voice commands. There's a list here somewhere if you search...

As for the windows you can also install an after market module that will allow you to roll them up with the key fob. One example is http://www.kptechnologies.com/products.php#/17

I love how the TL-S 5AT rev-matches on manual downshifts. First time I did it from 2 to 1 I giggle in excitement and proceeded to drive around my neighborhood a couple more times.

The voice commands are ok if you can remember 1/4 of the 220+ commands. I have found it easier just to push whatever button I am trying to control. Also, I tried using it to call people in the phonebook I uploaded, and it has a hard time recognizing names properly. Usually ends up dialing some random number that isn't even in the phonebook.

Why get such a feature rich car if you don't even know the basics?!
Next time save yourself some money and just get a Honda.
