you need to buy a new HID kit and get xenon bulbs.
the kit is 9006 size.

Nope... The 2007 TL fogs are H8 - 35W. You'll need an H8 kit AND a seperate wiring harness. The load of the HID system (55W inrush when you turn it on, 35 steady state) will blow the stock fog fuse without a seperate harness.

cant you just up the fuse? thats what most HID kits do. or the xenondepot kit actually runs wires to the battery i believe.

I think most decent HID kit actually comes with a wiring harness that take power directly from the battery. Some of the cheaper ones might tell you to just use a bigger a fuse. However I think the fuse are set at a certain amount for a reason. Most likely the stock wiring would not be able to take the sudden big surge of power when the HID ignites.

You'll need to purchase a separate xenon kit with harness & ballast (as mentioned) with a relay switch to the stock wiring to the fogs -- so that when you flip the fogs on via the stalk on the left of the steering column, you'll allow the xenon ballast (a device that draws power from your battery, has its own fuse) to start drawing power from the battery. It's not a very technically challenging install, just need to be able to find a decent place to mount two ballasts (one for each xenon light .. or one ballast for both lights... depending on the xenon kit you buy).

I think xenon fogs in the integrated '04/5/6 headlamp is OVERKILL...
