Yup, dealership will always charge more. But small shops may not know the process of replacing the clutch on the TL, it's a bit more work than a typical car. I would make sure they've replaced one on a TL before you bring it to them.

LUK makes the oem clutch and flywheel. They can be bought from Amazon.com for wayyyy less than the dealer and they are identical. right down to the stamping.
I did my clutch in about 8 hours so anything ove 800$ is too much imo
