Clearing headlights on a 2007 TLS

I have a 2007 Tl-S. I saw a few TL-S' that had the clear Headlights that replaced those ugly orange reflectors. How do I do this?

this is done by putting the housing of the light inthe oven (not joking) and melting the sealant that holds on the clear cover. IT is then peeled off and gives you access to the reflector, to which you can take out. There is a DIY on it in the 3G garage. As well, there is a company (retrofit Source) in the black market section that can do it for you.
