I bought my 07 TL-S CPO back in Dec 09 with the clear bra on the hood, bumper, headlights, fog lights, side mirrors, and door hands and they all look great. Dont know what brand it is though, but glad I have it, because I do ALOT of driving....

From my research, I've found that the vinyl is cheaper and easier to install, but will not last like polyurethane.

3M makes some, but not sure if they are the best.

If you plan on doing it yourself have a lot of patience and use two people no matter which brand you buy. It can be an overwhelming project and unless you really know what you are doing you'll probably be disappointed with the results. The installation video that came with mine showed how simple it looks.......NOT. Mine ended up in the trash,

Yes, mine looks like crap, but only if you know where to look. My hood has a lot of stretch marks, and I had to slit it on both sides of the hood and bumper. It was fun though, but I have no idea how the pros deal with the extra material. However, the price up here was around $900, the kit cost me around $300.

Since the bra only lasts 3 to 4 years, some argue that it's cheaper to repaint your bumper when it needs it. Plus, the stock paint never matches anyway. I hate taking my car to anyone so I decided to do the bra.

Have 3M film on my car for the past three years, no issues. Treat it like a painted surface and will last a long time. Has prevented any onset of road rash. Have it on the hood, full front bumper, mirrors and strip on the rear bumper by the trunk. Well worth the investment. Company called Stone-X did the installation.

I have 3M on my 07 TL-S for over a year now. i ended up getting professionally installed. got bumper/hood/fenders/mirrors and top part of the rear bumper(so dont scratch when taking things out of trunk).
I know Avery Denison came out with some new product something like "nano tech" and it did win them the award last year. might want to look at that. But i am very happy with 3m and would def get it again if i ever need to.

Clear bikini? Couldn't resist.

Anyways...The 3M stuff is good. It's a little thicker too. They also make films for the headlights and grille. And they have different kits for whether you have the a-spec or not. Once I get my bumper repainted one day I'm going to get this stuff.

I have a clear bra on every one of my cars at home. It's worth the investment! One of my buddies owns his own business doing nothing but detailing, tinting, clear bras, and few other things. He is extremely good at what he does. He does all the ferraris, lambos, astons, etc. for all the high end dealerships in the north jersey area. He used 3m products for years, but has recently switched to avery. Supposedly it is more durable and easier to work with. I have it on my bumper, hood, headlights, fogs, mirrors, A-pillars, rocker panels, and the trunk sill. If anyone has any questions, I would be more than happy to help you out. Also, if you do get the clear bra make sure you put a nice, healthy coat of wax on it when it is first installed so the pores of the material are sealed and dirt doesnt get in it. As far as maintenance goes, there is a plastic cleaning product out there called plexus that is great and keeps the bra from fogging. You should use it on the clear bra after every other car wash or so.
