Clams on the TL shell
Can you believe this!!!
I woke up yesterday morning to a beautiful day here in Long Island. I was going to get my car washed because it had rained the day before. I decided against it since it wasn't that dirty because I got it washed 3 days prior. When I got in my car I noticed a huge pile of what I thought was bird shit on the windshield. No big deal, just an excuse for that car wash. I go to the car wash, most of it comes off, but there was still a little crap stuck where the windsheid meets the body. I also notice a small peice of clam shell but thought nothing of it. So I bring it home and get out the wax to get it off. All of a sudden I notice that my paint was chipped right in the corner of the hood! I thought to myself, "what kind of shit was that!!!" As I then looked on the floor I see a broken clam shell right next to where I had parked overnight. What happened was that seagulls take clams, fly super high and drop the clams on rooftops, the street, and now apparently my TL to break the shell open so they can feast. The damage was minimal compared to what could have happened if it didn't hit the windshield first. I'll post a picture of the damage, but it is raining right now so it will have to wait.
