Cincinnati- Non-warranty service recommendations
Would someone please recommend a reputable service garage in Cincinnati for our TLs? Thanks in advance.

Columbia Acura gouged my mom on her integra repeatedly. Eventually you want to find a place that is sales AND service. My family has purchased two integras and I just recently purchased the tl recently. We paid full price, salesman said, " this is just all we can do, I can take 500.00 off but that's our bottom line." Great way to sell cars. We didn't wan't to jerk around buying a car and just gave them what they were asking. Was the car worth what we paid? Certainly!
Still, parts are 400 percent at the dealership and that's robbery, and spending close to 80.000 at acura didn't get us any favorable treatment that's for sure.

I purchased my 03 TL from Columbia and they only discounted it by $500.00, but I have never had
a problem with the service. I have only had regular maintenance but always found it to be priced
competitively. I only wish they would see fit to discount the cars a little more.

In sales they were quite arrogant, saying "well, that's what they're selling for". A simple trip up or down the road 100 miles (except toward Indy) tells a different story: $1200 - $1500 less than Columbia's "best" price. Sheesh.

I had the A1 service done at Columbia. Seemed expensive for what they did, but the reason for my post is because the oil life is now reading 40% and I'd prefer not to take it to Columbia again.
Incidentally, I agree with you about the sales people at Columbia. Stubborn on price to say the least. I ended up getting my TL from Parkway Auto on Columbia Pkwy. They beat Superior and Columbia's offers by quite a bit.

Regarding Cincinnati dealerships-
The guys I dealt with at Columbia are horrible to say the least. They would not bargain and did not seem that interested in selling me an 04 TL. I am going to buy an 05 from either Superior or Acura of Dayton. Superior is at 33K for an 04 and probably will be at 33,500K for an 05 (auto/navi). Dayton is very competitive at 32950K for an 05 first email with no hassles. What do you guys think. Have you talked with anyone at the Dayton store. thanks

I bought my car from Lindsay Acura in Columbus for $350 over the invoice. No hastles, no BS, just "take it or leave it" kinda talk but polite and professional. If I lived in Columbus I would take it there for service. I had OK service experience at Columbia Acura, but after listening to you guys I'm not sure what to do now...

I bought my 2003 TL-S from Lindsay also. It was used and found it on Auto Trader. They gave me a fair trade for my GTI and salesman was good to deal with. I've only had one service since I bought the car and Columbia did a fine job with that.

s54, sorry for the delay. I leased an new 04 TL Navi from Parkway.
So after reading the posts, is the only recommeded service garage inside I-275 Whitie's in East Walnut Hills?

I ended up ordering mine from Acura of Cleveland. Columbia and Superior were horrible about dealing. Columbia was quite arrogant. Unfortunately, Lindsey was quite nice, but I could never get them to call me back with any degree of consistency.
I didn't see much about it in the thread... is Superior good or bad on service? I'm also considering the extended warranty. Any implications with going to Whities?
