Cigarette Burn Hole in Seat-Please Help.
Long story short, I let somebody smoke in my car and they threw a butt that came back in and burnt a hole in seat. The thing is it burnt a hole where the perforated section is.
Anybody know what is the cheapest way to fix this, the hole is pretty big, I can fit a finger in it.
Thanks guys. I appreciate any help.

it's me, Alan Rickman.
1) Don't let people smoke in your car its flippin disgusting
2) You'll probably want a new seat bottom cover - www.acuraoemparts.com
Looks like it's $350 or so
Can't think of a way to 'patch' the leather..

Wow...that sucks..
I hope your friend is going to cover it since he/she damaged your car. I would be furious if I had to pay $350 because someone else was careless and damaged my car.

go to an upholstery shop, 100 bux and you can get a whole new seat bottom section done that matches the interior perfectly

Thanks for all the replies, you guys are awesome!
Yeah somebody give that guy $10 dollars, he's on the money, that is pretty much what happened. I even told her whatever you do make sure you don't burn nothing, I don't care about ashes.
She did feel really bad and offered to pay for it when she gets the money but I highly doubt that be anytime soon. So for now I am just going to have to deal with it myself.
I been calling around and the quotes I been getting are pretty high, one shop said that because its perforated leather that I am going to have to order it from Acura? Is this true?

I am going to take a picture as soon as I get home. I don't know how you could possibly patch it though, it affected two different areas(the lumbar part and the ass part)
Yeah I got some banana bro but it wasn't worth it! LOL

There are fillers that may cover the burns aesthetically and then they can patch & match the leather dye with an acrylic paint. I patched some f*ked up tears in my rear door panels. It came out okay.. not great but better than before and it was super cheap. A pro should be able to repair to like new.. maybe better depending on the condition of your seat.
I hope it goes well and even though it wasn't worth it.. hopefully getting some banana was better than seat burns & no banana..
