Caught speeding in North Carolina...what I am looking at..91 on a 60 zone
This weekend on my trip from New york To Georgia, I got stop by a state trooper in North carolina doing 91Mph on a 60 mile zone. Got a summons to appear in court. What should I expect. Lucky I dint get stop when I was doing 140Mph on I 95 versus a Scion ( the boxy one), Acura RDX and a Dodge Magnum, yes I left them all behind at 140........

Ever gotten a ticket before? Well, if you haven't, there is always a deal to be made.
Thats... rough, 91 in a 60... my advice... SLOW DOWN. It's kinda silly but... they make race tracks for a reason. Tickets are too expensive. Besides, getting into an accident at that speed is bad news...
Chances are you're gonna get creamed. Try to bargain your points down (to save your insurance)... either way, bring your checkbook and good luck. They'll make you some kinda deal I'd imagine.
EDIT: Lawyer is a good idea. It will pay for itself in the end. Additionally, if you don't care to find one, there are usually lawyers at the court house who you can just approach and ask them to represent you... it depends on the county size though. Nassau County in NY is huge, Waterloo NY is tiny... got tickets in both places

Anything under 100mph isn't jail time .... I don't really consider him lucky. Where's sandiegodrive, he had to pay one hefty speeding ticket that was just under 100 .. even though he was doing much more .

Never got a ticket before.
Seriously, I din't realize how fast I was going, had been on the road for 10 hours by then. I guess I was in a rush to get home.

What county were you in?
Alot of times you can just call the D.A. for that county and have it exponged...Just make up something!!!'
I do it all the time.....Just pay the ticket and they reduce it to where you dont have to appear in court......

Wow same thing happened to me.. except i was going 86 in a 65 and a state trooper stopped me in Hillsborough, NC. After talking to the prosecuter they dismissed the ticket and just made me pay a fine. Hopefully they do the same with you. Good Luck!
