I just recently noticed that i have a couple of scratched on the carbon fiber trim on the inside of the door. Is there a way to get it out or do i have to replace that part?

Being it's a patterned part, I don't think any scratches are fixable. Just the trim piece is replaceable and is available through OEM Acura parts.com for $58.

My link doesn't work, but go to OEMAcuraparts.com, and click on catalogs (under body parts catalog, go to interior door trim and it's part #23 in the blowup view {for the driver's door, as I don't know which of your doors is affected}).

I had some scratches in mine caused by a vacuum cleaner nozzle. Went to the cleanup guy at the Acura dealership. He fixed it while I waited.....

Good as new! I love my Acura!
