When i got my '05, the salesman gave them to me, but i wanna say with my '07, they were in the glove box. If not, you should be able to buy them from the dealer, or ask them for a set. I'm sure they would just give them to you if you didnt get them when you bought the car.

A lot of dealers (mine included) are gunshy of leaving them in the glove box. People see them there, don't know what they are and assumne that their car was not assembled properly.
The PDI tech at the dealership probably has a box full of them, you should only have to ask. Nothing makes me happier than being able to remove the front plate braket for a customer who has the old school single green MA plate, the TL looks sooo much better with out it.
