I know N-Motion will do it for around $175 to clear the headlights. They are located on Boundary just next to Brian Jessel BMW. I think there were a few members here in Vancouver that got them done there. Or you can DIY and safe some $$$.

I don't see what Windsor randomly had to do with anything.... People were saying Vancouver? Or did I not get something here... lol.
Well I COULD TRY to do it for you, but I'm in Montreal and no experience with TLs... Should be generally the same for the TL as it is with some other cars, though, right? ... But like other folks, I wouldn't trust myself with your headlights.. or mines [if I only had one set].

It's really not that hard. I would rather do it myself then have someone else do it and not have it turn out right.
Follow the clearing headlights tutorials, extra step is to glue the angel eyes and drill a hole for the wires, then put everything back together like in the tutorials. Use snap ins to tap the power to the parking lights. Then follow the tutorials and put the bumper back on.
A lot of people have asked for me to do theirs, but I just dont have time.

I did my headlights this summer and had no problem.
You simply need to follow the steps already mentioned on the forum...
It's a cheap mod, cost me around 20 bucks to clear/dark my headlights. If you want or need to change the flasher/corner light then you'll need to invest a couple more bucks depending on your need.
Tools needed:
screw driver
Jack (jack the car in front)
Oven (big enough to fit the headlights)
Engine paint
Black silicone
If you really need some help, we could schedule a meet, and I could help you do it.
