i have had my tl for a month now with no problems, i was wondering do canadian tls have the same rattle problem that the states ones do. i know they are built at the same place, but every tler i talked to said they never had any problems, and my dealership said they also did not have to deal with any rattle issues since they recieved the new tls. and since canadian roads are bad because of the constant salt and rocks thrown on them in the winter, so i thought it would be worse up here. So do i just live in a lucky city, or are rattles not an issue in our tls.

The rattles, or lack thereof, may be a function of time, ie., early build models have more internal noises than later build ones due to improved assembly techniques throughout the model year. I have an 04 that was built in Sept 04 and it has no rattles or squeeks at all.
