Can you input address while moving?
I know Gator said he could, but are all of you able to input an address in the Nav system while moving on the highway? The vast majority of Nav systems will lock out input while moving at speeds of 5mph or more.

Oh ho, so you don't trust me! Think it's just the worms eating into my brain, do you??

I'm curious to see other responses, too. A bit surprising that our Navi can do this if so many other manufacturers are disabling it. I wonder what Acura's thinking was in that decision.

Gator, do you think I doubted you for a second?
I am amazed though that this system will allow it. I don't know of any other Nav system that does. As I mentioned, my 99TL was the last Nav equipped car that allowed me to input while moving. I've really missed that, so this is great news!

So...we can input into the Navi at 100mph (possibly useful, especially if you have a passenger) but we can't use the keyfob to close the windows and sunroof (extremely useful, unless you have very old or very young passengers)...?
What exactly does a person do early in life to make the wrong decisions that lead to a career as a corporate lawyer?

Don't know. But I was unable to use the remote while the key turns on the ignition.

Thank god you can. I will say this is a huge negative for me in buying other makes of cars. If i have a passenger in the car i would like them to be able to input address/look up restaurants etc. Plus if i want to hit a personal address it takes me about as much time as hitting a radio station. Overkill in all these other cars and really devalues the navigation system in my opinion.
