Can anyone guide me through a fog light installment?
Has anyone succesfully installed fogs using these 06-10 sport trac lights? if so, can you please tell me the steps i must take?

Highly doubtful anyone has tried to install Ford SUV fogs on a 3G TL.

OP doesn't say he has purchased these yet.
OP if you search there are threads here on Acurazine which show Accord and Inspire fogs being installed on a 3G.

To the new members, please use the search function and or google and end the search with "Acurazine" in it.
To install 07-08 TL base or TL-S foglights the correct way on your 04-06 TL you will need the following
Bumper cover from either a 07-08 base or type-s
Lower fog light housings with fog light lower grills (all depends on bumper cover)
New grill assembly - trim and center assembly with emblem(all depends on bumper).
Some form of a fog light harness to wire in.
Some form of a switch to go into the black slot next to the VSA - mirror switch.
Follow some DYI on the harness installs.
Extras to this is if you get the A-spec kit (depending on what bumper you pick) you will not need the fog light lower grills as the Type-S comes with them as part of the A-spec. On the base you will still need to order them.
You can get regular bulbs for the fog lights or HID or LED.
