This is my first Acura and will be my last too!! The A/C was completely none-operational 2 weeks ago (no cold air and engine clanking sound caused by the compressor). Sent in for repair more than 1 week, get my car back yesterday. The dealer replaces my TL's entire A/C system, and works great now. However, while clean my car inside and out this morning (it was extremely dirty inside and out back from dealership, a lot of black finger prints on the front driver and passenger seats). The worse thing is that the technician put 2 dents on the front console aluminum trim and chip out the paint on the dashboard above the aluminum trim (probably caused by the tool they use to take out the aluminum trim). I have to send back my car again next week. Sorry for the long story, I just want to share with you what I have experienced.

Take it to the dealership and have them clean and repair the dent.

Why save them the embarrassment? If it's Santa Clara, CA, then it's Stevens Creek Acura.
