Buying fron the fleet manager

I hate going through the negotiation process. I have heard that you can call the fleet manager and deal with him directly. This way you can ask him the lowest price he can go over the phone and if you like the price, you can just come in and sign the paperwork without sitting there with a salesman who keeps you here for hours going back and forth wit his manager planning ways to rip you off. Has anyone bought a car through the fleet manager before?

Yes I bought an 1992 Acura Integra for $200 above invoice back in '92. It was easy.

Yes that is a good way to go. Unlike salesmen who need to take your offers to their managers, fleet managers actually have authority to make offers themselves.

It depends. Do u have financing? Its all who u know. You can talk to the finance man, he knows everything. Basically talk to him, walk out. He'll ask if anyone spoke to u to give some salesman credit.
