Which bushings with Acura TL 2004

bushing part number for my Acura tl 2004 is 51394-SEP-A01 while the part number for the 08 type-S 6sp is 51394-SEP-A11. Would either part work for my car?
I have heard that 51394-SEP-A11’s bushings are softer and the riding become more comfortable. Is it true?

I installed the Type-s bushings into my '06 6MT.

if you look at the way the bushings are designed, you can see why one would be stiffer than the other.
the type-s bushing has the washers built into it. making it stiffer.

Thanks a lot for reply. you said that your car is 06 6MT but mine is 2004 5AT, is there any difference? Or I can put it on my car without doubt?

this is for the suspension right?
your post is very vague.

Please give us some more info about you and what your goals are for the car, so that we can better advise you
WHy are you switching out the bushings?
etc.

ohh they are lower control arm bushings.

OHHHHH.
see, this is why being detailed and informative in the VERY FIRST POST IS imperative.
I gave you my impressions for the top hat bushings and not the control arm bushings.

IF you dont know what the difference is, why not just stick to the same year you have.
that would definitely take out the guess work. and you would get what you want.
in short, just stick with the 05 bushings...

geez.

I looked through acurapartsworld.com and ebay and there was a notification that the 51394sepa11 is not compatible with Acura tl 2004. They are only for 2007-2008

smarter guy is right be very descriptive if you are going to waste everyone time trying to help you out with something that has been covered on this forum a bunch of times. If acura parts websites say its not compatible, go with that.

^^^that really is true in this case...

there's a HUGE thread on this in the 3G area. I personally went with the 04 part number again and put window weld 3M stuff in the empty areas in the bushing. Worked great...Heeltoe also has a spherical metal assembly that some people have been trying out.

all the help you could have ever needed was found if you had just searched. Dont get all uppity with me becuase your upset that we called you out on it. Those of us that have been here for a while get frustrated because we see the same questions being asked over and over and over again flooding the board with the same crap all over again. Search and you will find! This model car has been out for long enough for every issue to be addressed at one point or another.

That is all.

Dude. We answered your question in many forms. A simple thank you would have sufficed.
This thread is a testimony to why most people complain about...get this...THESE TYPES OF THREADS.

We were all new at one point...it goes a lot smoother if you just accept your place in the pecking order, is all.

Either way, welcome to Acurazine!

EDIT: A few posts came in before i hit enter.
