Bumper parts?

Hello I'm Alan, New member here. Loving this site and my first time owning a Acura. (2008 Acura TL Type S) <---- Love it! Sorry if this is posted in wrong section but I didn't see a section for my question.
I would like to know what these little round things are called and if you can get new ones? Also what are they there for? I see no purpose at all except an eye soar....

lol looks like previous owner tried to cover a hole by plugging it with some sort of plastic plug..Not factory at all.

To clarify, is it on both sides?
It looks to me like they could be covers over the holes made for the A-Spec front lip.
Previous owner probably wanted to pocket some money and sell off the front lip before you bought the car.

They look like an eyesore because they appear to be the wrong colour, and they have the dome shape.
I'd remove it, and replace it with a flat plug and use ASM paint over the plug and call it a day.
Back in the day we'd just suggest to buy a front lip to cover it but I don't think ASM front lips are still available and it'd cost an arm and leg to buy a new black or white one and repaint it ASM.

There is another one same spot on other side. Plus two more near front license plate holes.

The holes are perfectly round. Not a hack job or anything. I wonder where they got these little round plugs tho?

I was looking at install pics for a aspec lip and see where there would be holes drilled in the side of bumper but on mine the holes seem to be a bit higher than they should be. It showed on the install that the top of the lip lines up with the center of the fog light. The holes on mine are way up higher than the center of fog light. Oh well atleast i got the aspec wheels...
