Broken Lens On Passenger Fog Light

Just found out Saturday that my fog light on the passenger side of my 08-TL has a broken lens (the glass covering the light is broken). I called the dealer today to price the part and it's $269. The lens is not available for sale so I have to buy the whole unit.

Anyone have any ideas for me? I only want to ust OEM parts.

Ebay? Parts like that do tend to be expensive though...

Interestingly enough the same issue happened recently to me. It looks like someone shot at the light and it has a nice, bullet sized hole in it. If you find out that you can get the lens cheaper please let me know!

Yeah man, same exact issue. If anything comes up cheaper that's OEM, I'll definitely let you know.

I had like a quarter sized whole in mine so it kept getting moisture. I took them off, washed them and applied rockblocker film that i got from their website and it seems like the problem was solved. i dunno how big of a crack in the lens you have...

My problem is way worse than yours. The glass is actually shattered. No possibility of repairing this.

you have to buy a new foglight, contact tim @ hondaacuraworld.com and he can get you some awesome pricing. Then after you get it, put a road-blocker film on it to keep rocks from cracking/breaking the glass.

I went one step further and put yellow 1/4" plexiglas in the black bumper inserts to protect the fog lens. Not to mention the awesome yellow color.
