This year and last year, we have complaints about the tires that come with the Acura TL.
A few years ago we had the blowout and roll over problem with the Ford Explorer. Numerous people killed.
And if your in your late 40's - early 50's. I believe there was a total recall of all Firestone steel belted tires in the late 70's.The steel belts were coming apart and puncturing the tires. I remember taking my parents car during the recall, for free replacements.
Did I leave anything out ?

These Shitstones came standard on my boys cars. 2001' and 2003' Honda Civic EX. I'll probably get rid of the tires at 25,00 miles. I have no faith in them.

G35 owners have them too and they complain about them on freshalloy.com... nothing will probably happen because they do not pose a immediate safety hazard (i.e. blowing up)

Also, in 1999, BS had a recall on the EL 41's that were on the Honda Accord, these are similar to the EL 42's just not high speed rated (they are S or T I think).

On my last 2 SUVs I ran BS Dueler A/Ts with outstanding results and had no issues of any kind. I am thinking of putting the H/Ps on the MDX when the OEM tires need to be replaced.
This is my first set of BS on a car and I only have 1k on them so I can't make a comment either way. I know it will be the last set based on the comments made by others.
