Well at least you will not have to worry about how long they will last.

+1.. I wish we could block certain members.. I started reading back on this thread.. he doesn't have a clue. He wants to replace them for aesthetic looks, then he talks *ish about XLR8 (Josh) after getting good info..

Chad just committed AZ Seppuku.. you've lost all respect..

BTW i have 13", 2 piece, 4 pot STOPTECHs...Doing 100 miles daily @ 80-100mph and slowing down every other minute, the brakes are worth every cent. Never had an experience with brake fade when the kit was put on. Before the kit; all i smelled was my brake material burning up, along with the brake fade...slowing down from just 85-90mph two - four consecutive times. Great mod for the money... purchased from vendor mentioned above along with every other performance part on my TL and supercharged CL.
Man.. I was saving my pennies for some RB's but that is one heck of a testimony for ST's. Does anyone know of a straight up comparo between the two??

I actually had both brands before; but not on the same car...I had the 1 piece Rotora on my supercharged CL for around 8,000 miles...the pads were getting a bit low...but maybe its the way i drive i don;t know...but a great kit for the money over all.

The stoptechs are holding up great; i check the pads and rotors every oil change; don't see any drastic wear and tear. I just wanted something different, thats why i went with the stoptechs this time..

But both are similar in performance in price...just depends on which sticker you like better on your calipers
