Blue or White? [Time to do interior door handle ambient lighting]

Hhhmmm, I'm leaning towards the blue.
Some people have mentioned that the white looks out of place, and the green buttons don't attract too much attention when you look at it as a whole.
The blue on the other hand matches the gauges and the blue accent rings on the radio, and the ambient overhead light.
I determined that Acura designed our interior with blue as the ambient lighting in our car, as if it were white, the stereo rings and overhead lighting and gauges would be white.

That said, I like the blue too. It's hard to see how much light it actually produces on picture though, but like I said I think it would look better if it was a bit more faint.
Who knows, when/if I do this, maybe I'll opt for blue after you're done with yours and post pictures.

I finished the mod a few days ago, used 36.9k ohm resistor. Figured I'd post these outcome pictures.

Looks good man! Are the lights behind your window switches and door lock switches OEM? They look different.
And what's going on in your dash? So many lights xD

Yup still OEM
They're much greener than the dash bulbs which are more yellowish, not sure why Acura did it like that lol
All the lights on my dash are because the car is not running, it's just in the "On" position.
Hopefully yours does the same lol
Oh my ebrake is up too so the DRL and (!) icon are there too.

Really though, the more I look at it, the more I'm thinking I'll do mine blue. It fits too well with the radio buttons and the dash. I feel silly for suggesting white.

Did you use your ninja photo editing skills on those pictures because the colors look so freaking vivid. I suspect shenanigans.
Or maybe you're just that good with a camera

DeathMetal made a DIY which I linked in te first post :
I was debating about making a DIY in more details and more pictures, but some people decided I shouldn't to keep it exclusive to my car lol
I did take pictures, so I could always make one still.
Materials I bought:
Resistor Value Pack (has 100s of different resistors)
Heat shrink tubing
Quick disconnects and splice connectors
3mm wide angle flat top blue LEDs

My vote is blue as it brings in a bit of a balance. Add the blue cup holder ones as well to tie it all together. If I looked at only the pictures without reading the threads I would say blue looks more factory. Just asked the wife based on pictures alone and she says blue.
