NBP is the worst color to have when trying to keep it clean, but is the best color when the car has had a few coats of wax...

I have to agree, although I will say that the Zaino treatment in full will take

several hours to apply if you include the claying, the application of their swirl

remover, between coat of detail spray, and two + coats of their finishing products

and detailing spray coats in between.

But the car looks show car ready when done. And it beads like crazy.

They say Zaino is hydrophobic... which I guess is sales talk for shuns water.

To complete the car, don't forget to treat the wheels with the same TLC and for

the glass I use Stoners spray. That removes all the gunk and leaves the glass

with a very nice beading quality.

my sales actually warned me prior to my purchase saying "black looks great but very very hard to maintain". i translated in my mind like this...."you see that beautiful hot dang chick over there? high maintenance but gorgeous. are you ready? i answered "yes" and never look back.

Several hours??.. , how about between 6 or 7 ??....I use Meguiar's products and have great results, I wash the car with Dawn dishwashing, clay it, polishe it, wash it and apply a couple of coats of NXT it not to mention wet sand a few scratches here and there but when I'm done it looks better than it did when I bought it..

I'd been to one organised by Neo and Jerky in San Mateo and once in Sactown.

you have to really love waxing your car to have a black one and be picky about it. i for one love mine and probably will own black cars from here on out. when its clean, there isnt anything like it!!!

would the flakes of pearl in the white be more noticable than in black ones....i would think they would be.

Gotta use microfiber though. That's the only way to dry. As for the rock chips on the front I use a black color based wax like Turtle Wax or Black Diamond. It helps cover chips, scratches and swirls on the hood and front end. Thank God for my Clear Bra too!
My 2 cents!
i got some of that new black magic wax as you dry stuff......that paired with a microfiber works VERY VERY well, it makes it easier to dry, no spots, and masks some of the scratches...i think it takes less time to dry my car now with the wax as you dry stuff then without.

--not the quick detailer, its actually called wax-as-you-dry.

I love the blue fleck, I have an 06 NBP TL and an 02 NBP TL-S I wouldn't have them in any other color. Then again our family only owns black cars.
