BEWARE OF DCH MONTCLAIR ACURA IN NJ

I waited 2 months to have my seat cover replaced. ie. (you know, the common wrinkling of the bolster and ass prints) well after 2 months of waiting they took my car in.. today i went to pick it up and they had replaced the wrong cover.. they replaced the passenger cover!!!!! the passenger side was mint.. absolutely no wrinkles.. what the hell were they thinking!!!??????? BEWARE!!!

 

Morons. Did you tell them they made a mistake? You should tell the service manager you want it done sooner - you have waited long enough already.

wow that's crazy... In this situation, it's hard.. there's not much i can ask for in return for my inconvenience.. they're ordering me another seat cover for the driver's seat.. when they get it in, it's going to sit in there parts department because i'm taking my car to another acura dealer for the issue and all other service related needs.. I guess all I can do is bad mouth them on here and other ways.. hah

 

bottom line. i try to avoid the DCH dealerships.
from what i heard it really is a front for the "connected".
