I can decidely say STAY AWAY FROM ALLSTATE. They are dicking me around so much on my injured TL. I have USAA, they are great, but of course you can't join them unless you or your parents are military. But Allstate.. jesus.. I've had less pain, less missed work, and less hassles getting TEETH PULLED.

Don't honor the stingy bastards with your money.

Thanks~
"A" and "B" usually refer to the ratings applied by A.M. Best, an independent company that evaluates the claims-paying ability of insurers. A "B-" or worse rating is often a precursor to a company going out of business or being acquired by a stronger company. Most insurance companies have A ratings, and many are either A+, some even A++. Given the large number of "A" options, there's no reason to take chances and settle for less.

These ratings do not reflect quality of service, or affordability; They are purely an evaluation of the company's balance sheet and financial strength.

www.ambest.com will give you more info.

Don't know much about Infinity, but AIG has been in headlines lately due to investigations by some states for improper business practices.
