Paid $49.90 for my A1 service. $15 of that was for a tire rotation. $34.95 for an oil-change. I don't go to the stealership anymore for just oil changes. I recently went to a Firestone Complete Auto Care center which was recommended to me here in SoCal. I got a free tire rotation, and synthetic blend oil for my oil change. Total? $26.23, after tax. Then, I just reset the maintenance minder on my own. If it were for something significant, I'll take it to the stealership. For oil changes/tire rotations, I'll either do it myself, or go somewhere else.
I know you got a bit more info than you requested, but I hope it helped at least a little bit!

Sorry I can't recommend anywhere in your area (I'm in Chicago here), but regarding the tire rotation - NTB will rotate your tires for free, even if you didn't buy the tires from them.
I'm not sure if you're aware, but you can get just the "A" and not the "1" done at the dealership. I went in the other day for my first oil change ($34.95, cam out to $39 with tax). They wanted $30 to rotate the tires! I found this crazy. I'll do it on my own. Also, in talking with the Service Advisor, I asked if I should do them now or what mileage. He said I should do them roughly every 7,500. So, if you're getting them done every A1, then that's 1 more than you need (you'd get 3 tire rotations over 15k miles, rather than 2, assuming your A1 comes up every 5k miles on average).
Just thought this might help...
