Bank 2 running richer than Bank 1

Is this valve is acceptable that the fuel trim in Bank2 is running richer than bank1?

Guessing auto-correct and/or voice dictation dorked up his message. Guessing he is trying to confirm if it is normal to have such a variance across the two banks regarding fuel trim. I know they can be different, but do not know what the normal allowed variance is.

Exclamation This sounds serious!

Maybe a Y-pipe between the two banks would even things out??--I heard they do that on Wall St. and everybody gets a golden parachute... I'll show myself out...

Snapshot of LT and ST trims don't tell the whole story. Need to look at O2 signals and trims in real time with graphs preferably. Could be a lazy O2 sensor.

I will do that and post the graph. I looked at O2 signal for banl1 and Bank2 and both are identical fluctuating

Did you perceive any issues before looking at the trim readouts? If so, what?

Yes. I am trying figure out why spark plug 1, 2 &3 have more carbon burn or darker than plug 4-6. As you can see from the picture bank1 air/fuel ratio is slightly rich than Bank2. Are the plugs 1-3 (rear of the engine) from Bank1?

Yes, bank 1 is on the firewall side of the engine (cylinders 1,2,3).

Do you have any performance issues or poor gas mileage?

I don't think anyone here is going to be able to help. You're going to have to take it to a professional shop to get any real review of your fuel trims.

If you don't have any performance issues or poor gas mileage and you don't want to spend the money for a professional diagnosis, just throw some new plugs in and be done with it.
