Its in your owners manual.
Oil change and tire rotation I think...plus a bunch of things they are supposed to 'check' but likely do not.
My cost would be about $20.00 (oil and filter).

Do not pay for more than an oil change and tire rotation. Scheduled maintenance crap like this from your dealer is near fraudulent. - Especially at mileage under 30K.
Just change your oil and rotate your tires every 4000-5000 miles and enjoy the car. (Follow any changes/replacements required "by the owners manual")
The dealer doesn't need to see your TL unless something is wrong with it - and either you will know or your TL will be telling you when that is.
Save your hard earned cash!

just get the oil change. Unless you see eneven tire wear, leave the tires alone till 15,000 miles. Cars are not as bad on the tires as they were years ago. (Depends on how you drive and alignment.) I only rotate my tires at the 1/2 life. A 30 K tire should be rotated at 15K, a 40 K tire at 20k, etc.
I just turned 20K on my 05 and tires look fine and not rotated. I did an oil change. I checked the air filter. That was it. You chould not have to do more than that...
