just wondering, i know how the auto lock works with the relock if you DONT open the door after pressing the unlock key on the fob. i was wondering if when you take ur keys out and walk away from the car if you dont manually use the lock key on the fob it will stay open? in other words, the car doesnt automatically lock itself once you leave the car until you press the lock button or lock it from the inside manually correct?

if you get out of the car and walk away without pressing the lock button on the fob the car will stay unlocked. i leave mine this way every night in the garage.
