I don't think I've ever seen that particular 'leak' brought up on here?
If you are absolutely certain that is where the ATF is coming from, it looks like #9 Oil Seal (12X22X7) (Arai); 91209-612-003 would be the seal needed?

Thank your for the reply and the correct part. My friend with an 04 TL also have same leak. I wipe it off and it does seem to come from that seal. I also see a YouTube video of a guy on crv replaced the same gasket

I have 250k miles on my TL and it and leaking about a drop every 10 mins
