haha...good job Acura! I guess all those times I heard from the serv. rep, " If you get a survey in the mail and if you give anything less than a 10 then it's a failing score" and me subsequently giving a 10 contributed to something

I agree ... my rep was telling me over and over about that survery ... so I told him to take care of me first & I will take care of him ..

They clearly didnt poll anyone in the Chicagoland area.

I wont take my car to Acura due to piss poor service.

Edit: noticed the article talks about treatment during purchase/inquiry not actually service.
