Armor All + Leather
I live in the southern part of TX, so my car is in a lot of direct sunlight.
Does anyone know what the effect of Amor All has on leather seats?
What kind of cleaner/conditioner do you use for the leather seats?
What kind of product do you use to protect your dashboard and other vinyl/plastic material?
What kind of wax do you use for your TL?
Basically, what do you use/do to take care of your interior/exterior? Any tips/hints for me with the beating my car is going to get from the sun?
Thanks in advance.

not vtech... VTEC!!!
1. take the armor all and..
2. put it in the trash.
Honestly ArmorAll is about the worst thing one can use on vinyl. It contains silicone oil which will actually advance the drying/fading of vinyl.
Vinlyx for dash and non-leather door area and Lexol for leather.

Don't put that garbage on your car. My brother puts that crap on his dash and everytime I get in his car I wanna choke the life outta him.
You've been officially warned.

I use Lexol leather cleaner followed by Lexol leather conditioner on my seats.
I agree with everyone else about Armor-All. I would not put that stuff on my car.

Meguiars #40 Vynal & Rubber conditioner for the dash . It cleans and covers the dash fading issue.
Wax .. depends on the color .. if its a dark color then stick with a polymer as carnubas will last 3 days in hot climates.

Is there a trick to these leather cleaners for the perf. leather seats? Do you spray it on a paper towel, then just make sure you go over the perf seats last?
Any pointers here?

We've gotten a bunch of threads lately on questions that should be asked in the Wash & Wax Forum, so please repost there if you wish to continue this discussion. You will reach a wider audience that has lots of experience in these topics.
