Used them when I was turbo. U will see mpg go down a little vs using iridium
What number did you use? Stock is 6, I'm using 8 iridium at the moment (2 steps cooler). I can't find anything with a non-fine wire and resistor in the NGK line for 8.
I'm hesitant to use anything other than the exact part# listed in the owners manual. I used a slightly different NGK plug for my 2012 TL - it was literally off by one letter at the end, and I could notice a difference in my idle. It didn't seem to change mileage or power but the idle bugged me so I switched back to the exact ones from the manual.
The ones I purchased initially had a small extender of some sort coming off the ground electrode:
The exact ones called out in the owners manual does not:
You wouldn't think something like that would make any difference but when I swapped them out, the idle smoothed out considerably. Don't ask me why. Unless your owners manual gives the alternative plug as an option, I wouldn't go with it.

Please install them on your car and tell us how you like it. I went from iridium twin tips denso (while turbo) to cooper (still turboed) and took a hit on mpg. It's like 2 bucks a plug so what do you got to lose op?
