Anyone use Piazza Acura of West Chester?

After some of the horror stories I've read about dealer service here, I'd like to know the best service dealer in the Philadelphia suburban area. Montclair is a two hour drive from me. . .a little far. Piazza is about 25 minutes.

Anyone have any experience with them?

Thanks

john

They've always been great to me. I've been using them since 1989.

Unfort., I've never heard anything good about West Chester, but that's second-hand. I've never been there. Now if you want HORROR stories, I'll give you some about the Piazza owned Ardmore Acura.

I just bought from Sussman in Jenkintown myself. We'll have to see how the service is. I was there a few years back and wasn't impressed with them.

yes piazza is the same as west chester acura... i bought my car from west chester acura and had nothing but good things to say about them... They have never given me a hard time about any of the rattles in my car, they programmed my accord fob free of charge and actually on the 31 of this month i will be there at 830am to have my car inspected. (so if anybody is there look for me) they always compliment me on my car also., i get all my service there and they are about 35-45 mins from my house..
Ardmore acura are a bunch of A$$holes.. before i went to Westchester i went to ardmore, i told them i was looking for a preowned tl 6sp, navi, and AM... The salesman looked at me and laughed and said good luck finding it, we don't have one here but we might have one at another one of our lots (they also own westchester acura) The salesman said 'well look when your ready to buy a car we can talk" i guess he thought my expectations were unreasonable and i would never find one.. he said ill be right back... so as im waiting there im thinking to myself that guy was a jerk, how did he know i wasn't ready to buy a car. maybe its bc i look so young.. so i left insulted and furious.. went to westchester and i had love at first site.. it was sitting there all pretty on the lawn by itself, like it was meant to be.. left that night with the car.. so F U Ardmore, u lost the sale.. sorry for rant

Hmmm. Maybe a drive to Mont Clair isn't so bad. What's been the experience with our sponsor?

Glad I'm not the only guy who's walked away from Ardmore.

When I went for my 2004 MDX, the salesman wasn't too keen. He suggested I come back in a few months when they have some on the lot! Lost another sale there. And their service is HORRENDOUS!

I bought my car from Sussman in Jenkintown, But always took my car to Piazza West Chester Acura. The service manager has always been great and they replaced my crappy EL42 w/ Bridgestone LS-Z at their cost. When I used to live in Glen Mills, they always had new construction and were always booked up for like 2 weeks in advance. It was kind of good then because when my oil life said <15%, that was about 2 weeks. They fixed alot of my rattles and even fixed some suspension problems I had after I had new suspension installed at another shop.
