Anyone with service manual? I need torque specs

I need to know the torque specs for the end links of the rear sway bar. If someone has the service manual and can look it up and post the specs I would appreciate it immensely.

28 ft-lbs to the bolts between link and bar.
29 ft-lbs to the bolts between link and chassis.
