Anyone change 6MT transmission fluid (MTF)?
I have a 2000 Odyssey an waited until 30,000 miles to change the ATF per the manual. I was very disappointed to see a lot of metal chips in the fluid and on the magnetic plug.
Also found out you only can drain 3 of 6 qts with each change. Would need to change 3 times to get 87.5% new fluid.
Anyway, I had wished I had done it much sooner. I am approaching 4000 miles and was considering changing the MTF with the oil change.
Just wondering if anyone had done this themselves and could relate their findings.
Thanks in advance.

it probably depends a lot on how you drive........I would check it out at 10 or 15k, 5k is not very long on tranny fluid.....but then again, it wouldn't hurt to see
