Can anyone recommend a mechanic in the NW suburbs (Schaumburg IL area). I don't have anything major to do, but would like start doing oil changes, replace cabin filter, etc... and later perhaps more advanced stuff.

 

if u want the advance stuff.. i recommend taking it to one 6 motorsports.. they are big honda nuts and know our engines pretty well.. they do n e thing normal or completely custom

 

Try also P&L Motorsports in Franklin Park, they have done some nice work on vtecs as well

 

One 6 and P&L aren't your average mechanic shops though.... which probably means their labor rates are higher.

Plus, who gets an oil change at a performance shop??

true true... If you have connections, you mind hooking me up with your Acura cert techs too ? Would be nice to avoid the rip off 80 buck oil change at Woodfield Acura... (even though it comes with a tire rotation and wash...jeeeezz!)
