If you're in western PA, there's Hybrid Dynamics. It used to be in Youngwood, but the owners went their separate ways and now the guy that used to do the dyno tuning (Denis) is the owner. He's a great guy and did an awesome job tuning my motor.

I just noticed their site got an update and is under construction, but the contact information is there.
