Any dealers in Nassau County, NY that do a good job in fixing rattles?
I'm fairly certain I'm going to purchase an 05 TL once it is released, however based on many of the posts in this forum, I'm almost resigned to expect the car to have one or more rattles.
As the subject in this thread indicates, are there any dealers in Nassau County that are curteous and adept at fixing rattles? I can imagine some dealers trying to make you think that you are hearing things and to shrug you off (it happened to me with an Infiniti dealer). If anyone has had a good experience with a dealer in Nassau County or other parts of Long Island, please let me know.

I have tons of complaints against that dealer maybe because my car is early build one... LOL
You wouldn't believe how much BS their SVC staff and manager could tell you.

Sorry to hear that Rallye Acura is treating you bad. It was one of the potential dealers on my list. It's convenient in terms of location, but service is much more important. I guess it doesn't help that they also sell BMW, Lexus and Mercedes as they probably treat those customers different.
Has anyone had any success with Island Acura?

Stay away from Ralley. They are all full of bs... a true nightmare.
I am buying my new acura from island acura. The sales people seem ok.
They did get that "percision" award for what that is worth but I have not tried their service yet.

Maybe because my car is early build 04TL and I drive lots of mileage to experience those issues.
They may treat new 04TLers better since there is no more new issues.
Except issues of the tires vibration and flatspotting, I was the first guy in that dealership reporting all other early build problems, such like some rattles, paint, vibration at 5th gear/1500 RPM/50-55 MPH, MIL ON (check engine light), drive seat memory module, etc. Plus I called early to ask 2nd gear inspection recall. I reported each rattle at least twice, but they only fix my 30% of issues. I fixed 60% of them by myself. 10% was fixed by my new dealer, Westchester Acura, introduced by need4spd.
Since I'm having early build 3G TL and get more info here than those SVC guys, I heard lots of ridiculous replies or BSs from their mouths. Sometimes you just cannot believe what kind of BSs they could talk to other customers. Due to their dealership is such a prestigious dealer in LI, most of ppl will believe whatever words come out of their mouths.
Another downside is that their schedule is always full and crowded. If you call today, you will have a great chance of getting an appointment 1.5-2 weeks after.

I'm due for my first service which I got a free coupon for from Rallye, so I'll give them a try.
My neighbor has an '02 TL and she has been using Valley Stream Acura service and recommends them, so if I don't like Rallye I'll go there next time.
