Another ATF question. Red Line D6?
Sorry for yet another ATF thread. I've looked through some of the others and there is a ton of information. My question is regarding Red Line D6 ATF. I currently use the D4 ATF as it specified use for Honda/Acura Z1. But I have heard that the newer Honda/Acura DW-1 ATF has taken Z1's place for the TL. Now the Red Line D6 specifies Honda/Acura DW-1 ATF on the Red Line website so would that be more proper to use versus the D4?

I have read that thread 4 times and I still have the same question he asked above. No where in that thread does it really go into all the details on the redline oils or amsoils. Now it goes over why it is good to do stuff and the benefits and the way to do it. I am about to do 1x3 in 1000 mile intervals I was think of doing it d6 d6 then type f

I get that Red Line is better quality ATF compared to the oem honda for our cars. My question mainly was since z1 was replaced by dw-1 would D6 be better than D4 considering D4 backs Z1 spec and D6 Dw-1 spec.
