Me too..

I contacted them, and asked twice what would i get in return, they just kept emailing asking to call them. Never an explanation.... You would think if you wanted to borrow my car you would call me and not have me go after you....

Also, I'm not going to leave my TL with strangers!

Tanabe called me the other day actually and I was talking up the 3g. They have a good system for the TSX and I think what they want to do for the 3G will be well received. Stylish exhaust, mild deep sound.

You guys are being ridiculous...Georgia, and nothing in exchange? Where are you guys getting all that? No responses mean they have not been back to check the thread. but um DUH, there is a PHONE NUMBER there for SERIOUSLY interested people to call.

Quality and fitment looks great. The exhaust tips are just the right size. I wonder how it sounds and how much power it makes.

Looks like the drone will be cut down dramatically due to the resonator and mid-muffler. I'd love to hear a sound clip of this.

MSRP $1280.....we usually can float a nice discount on these (tanabe exhausts, made a few TSX people happy) and free shipping.

04-06 rear bumpers would be the only reason if they like that bumper style

ETA on this exhaust is Feb 09. When we go to SEMA we'll talk to Tanabe further about this. Just a heads up the Tanabe Medallion Touring is guaranteed under 93 db so this will be the most civil exhaust out there.

Because it won't make you look like a stock Type S?

Shit man, now I gotta ditch the CT and buy this from Marcus!

Oh really?? Even more timid than the CT? That sucks. I love these tips but I want something a little louder than the CT without hacking it up.

We will have this in the $1100 shipped range to the cont US but it will be a few months before it is available.

Yes it will around the same note as the CT.

They are also releasing lowering springs and a nice chassis brace.

Someone might get this exhaust if they wanted something quieter, or something that has more of a JDM-large canister style look to it.

I don't know man, its a different exhaust, different look different sound. YOU'D WANT IT IF IT SUITED YOUR NEEDS. So evaluate your needs and make a choice

I just got off the phone with my Tanabe rep. These exhausts are in production as we speak, and are due in within the next 60-90 days. Which means they can be here as soon as x-mas. Worst case scenario is that they will arrive sometime in March, but the indications I was given are that Jan/Fed are pretty safe ETA windows.

I really dont see how 1 bar in that location (just on the subframe) can help stiffen the chassis...

http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.org/...s=&view=normal

Well its something new for us, so i guess that's a plus..
