Important Information About Your Account
On August 2, 2004, we completed an upgrade to our systems in order to better serve your financial needs. As part of that upgrade, all account numbers have been changed to a new 8-digit format. Additionally, our payment mailing address has changed.

You can find the updated information on your Account Overview page. Please use this new account number and payment address for all future payments.

Thank you for financing with us. We value your business.

Note: Enrolled in AHFC EasyPay, our FREE automatic payment program? No action is required. Our systems will be updated automatically with your new account number.Using an online bill payment service? Make sure to contact your provider to change your account number and payment mailing address.
All of you that use e-pay thru your bank may want to take note of this. Sorry if this is a re-post

Thanks - I spoke with them and said that electronic payments (ACH / EFT / whatever) will continue to work until end of year. Obviously they recommended updating your info "to be safe."

This is good info. I didn't get this letter. I lease and pay by check. I wonder if this only applies to purchases and/or e-pay. A good heads-up though. Thanks!

Odd...I got no letter....I pay through the BofA bill pay, will that matter??? I know BofA has a direct connection with AHFC, so I think I'm ok.

Probably should give them a call or look at your last statement and make sure the current account number matches what you have on file with BofA. Otherwise there may be delays in crediting the AHFC account. Never ASSUME, because we all know what happens.
