Amazon has Mobil 1 Oil (6Q) for $28

Just a heads up

These normally go for ~$50

Mobil 1 94001 5W-30 Synthetic Motor Oil - 6-Quarts.

Our TLs take both 5w-30 and 5w-20

Yah it's 5Q's at walmart for about 25-26$, so it's like an extra quart free

not sure where the hype is but at my local walmart its $26.44 for 5 quarts some time on sale "rollback" for $24. Meanwhile if you bought only 6 quarts still pay the shipping.

It's a little deal. If you add a M1 or K&N filter, you get free shipping. So you're at 37$. I might do this deal tho because my 4runner is needed an oil change badly and it require 5.5 quarts. buying a single quart anywhere is like $8 extra if you go the route of buying the big 5quart jug

advance auto and autozone usually have a "special" 5qts with a mobile 1 filter for around $35. Thats usually what I go with, and generally its the Extended performance, which is good for 15k miles (i still change mine according to MID). IIRC, the extended performance is $28 at walmart, while the standard mobile 1 is $24-26.

$50???

Let me guess, you usually buy your oil from somewhere other than walmart? Like Autozone or O'reilly auto parts

Walmart always has 5quart jug of Mobil 1 for $24-26 and Mobil 1 Extended Performance for about $28

Autozone/O'reilly on the other hand usually sells 1 quart bottles of Mobil 1 for about $8-$9/each. A 5quart jug is like $40 from them.

Don't ever buy oil from there unless it's a emergency top-off.

I used to always buy oil from Walmart, but I found lately Amazon has them for the same price as Walmart now, (even better if you have Amazon Prime). I found the Mobile One filters to be cheaper on Amazon than locally as well, so now I just buy the whole thing from Amazon... They also sell Pennzoil Pure Plus in 5qt jugs as well, if you guys like that oil (The kind made from Natural Gas as a base stock, instead of Crude Oil), for the same price as Walmart as well.

Linky?? I'm seeing M1 5W-20 still up near $50 for 6 qts or a 5qt jug for prime members. I'd pay a bit more than Walmart just to not have to go there but this is way more.

BTW - OPs link was for 5-30. Not a big deal, just wanted to point out.

Yes it is, but I've had good luck with Menard's and they arrive quickly.

5w-30 is what a lot of us use. And again this deal is for 6 quarts . Yah or acura requires only 5, but it's a saver for vehicles that require 5.5 or 6 quarts.
