Aluminium pedals
Hey, anybody knows where we can find aluminium pedals like the ones seen in the recent A-Spec concept?
Those in the Lexus IS300 are also nice...
I think that not only it looks great, but the greater grip is also very appealing since I live in the never-ending rain country!

I had heard reports that IS300 alllie pedals are slippery when wet and do a number on your shoes.
So if you live where there is lots of rain it may be advisable not to get them.
Do you have the 6-speed?

I'd think they'd be especially bad in areas where salt is used on the roads/sidewalks/parking lots in winter. That salt would do a number on aluminum pretty quick.

I have aluminum pedals on my Mustang and they are not too bad. It rains a whole lot in my area and I haven't noticed any extra slippage due to the pedals. I can't comment on the durability with salt on the roads 'cuz it doesn't snow down here. However, anything I put on my boat that is not stainless steel is corroded in short order.
Razo makes some good pedals and covers. I'm sure that any ricer auto parts store would have them.

Best Pedals out there .....
Mugen Sports Pedal Kit
In mass-production vehicles, the accelerator, brake, and clutch pedals all have the same type of rubber surface. However, in formula machines, only the surfaces of the brake and clutch pedals are made non-slip. This is because in racing where more demanding footwork is required, the accelerator requires exactness, but the brake and clutch require grip. Mugen believes that this also holds true for sports driving, in which nimble footwork is needed. With Mugen sports pedals, the accelerator has a wide front and rear with a buffed surface finish, while the brake and clutch pedals are small pedals with a nickel-chrome blown metal non-slip surface. All the pedals have a cast aluminum base. They are fitted by replacing the original rubber. Five-speed manual or automatic vehicles.

other options?
Most of the "performance look" pedals I have added to cars in the past have also had rubber as a component of the look (Silver/aluminum with black rubber poking through). If works REALLY well to keep traction on the pedal and to retain the look. For reference search eBay for AMG pedals (for Mercedes). I'd like some like that for this car. Anyone know of a MFG doing this? BTW - Cost for those was $65 total.
